How long does it take to process?
All deliveries are shipped within 2-3 days. We're trying to be sustainable, so we don't have loads of stock waiting to go or space, plus MelonClub is run myself at the moment with the occasional help, so please be patient while I keep improving the set up for you guys.

Returns
At MelonClub were trying to reduce our carbon print as much as possible and avoiding this step will help. We ask that you please check size's before ordering and what you really want, drop us a message beforehand on here or instagram! Exchanges can be made, we just ask you to be mindful. Due to the size of the brand at the moment we can't offer to pay for shipping labels.

Faulty items might be if agreed. To report a faulty Item please email Orders@melonclub.co.uk with your order reference and photos of faulty item/s. Further instructions will follow by email.
