How to care for my clothes?
To keep your items as fresh as possible its best to follow this guide - Wash inside out at 30c // make sure to reshape your clothes after each wash // If you Iron, do so inside out and not on any of the designs // Do NOT tumble dry
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible but please remember we're an incredibly small unit. Mainly just me running SlowSundays and I'm trying to be as efficient as possible with little waste for sustainability reasons. 2 - 3 working days ( Monday to Friday ) Your items should be sent out. Any delay we'll let you know.
Tracking my Order
We do all our shipping through Royal Mail Tracked. Once ordered you'll receive a tracking number. After 10 days if you still haven't received your items please get in contact. Royal Mail say 10 working days are needed before a claim can be opened. Once settled we can either refund or resend the items.
Wrong shipping address
We all make mistakes, so get in contact as soon as possible so we can hopefully correct it before shipping. Just send us the order number and your name, with your new shipping address.
